Joshua Alcorn

Joshua grew up in Southern California. After graduating from Chaparral High school in Temecula, he attended Point Loma Nazarene University, where he received his B.A. in Graphic Communication in 2004.
Following the Lord’s leading, Joshua served with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Buenos Aires, Argentina for eight months. He also traveled to Uruguay, Bolivia, and Chile for mission work. While abroad, Joshua’s heart was turned toward home as the Lord stirred within him a desire to pray for America to return to God.
After coming back to the US in 2005, Joshua moved to Washington, DC, where he joined the Justice House of Prayer (JHOP) to pray for Revival and Awakening in America. In the fall of 2006, he entered the George Washington University to pursue a Master of Public Administration degree.
During this time Joshua began to meet regularly with Bill Lewis, the founder and president of SOI 21. Through prayer the Lord knit their hearts together with a common vision not only for America, but also for the Millennials (those Americans born between 1982-2002). In the spring of 2007, the Lord dramatically called Joshua into full-time ministry with SOI 21.
